Yes it eventually has to move east, how far south another matter.

And yes, it is almost like this action to the west of AK is pulling that AK high pressure to the west, Or holding in place.

I've watched this sight quite a bit, don't recall ever seeing something quite like this. Central Siberia is still cold, but those living in Eastern Siberia are really having a warm up.
