Interesting but the nickname for Whole Foods is "Whole Pay Check" and probably on the high end of other outlets in US. $20 lb for roast beef is extraordinarly high. It would have to be sliced filet minion and would be probably high even for that.
I checked the local Wal-Mart and they are advertising some nice sliced roast beef for $6.97/lb US.

Whole Foods is an expensive food market owned by Amazon other markets may be more competitive. Check their weekly sales on line.
