Who are those "most competent trial attorneys in the country" you reference? An appeal to authority, despite being an intellectually dishonest argument, should have names attached. That you can never name the various and nebulous "authorities" is a clear signal you are just making shit up. But it honestly doesn't matter. He was tried and convicted, so by definition he is a convict. That it might be overturned in the future is a hypothetical. So far, one that seems pretty far-fetched.
