I know you are well intentioned, but you are not seeing the big picture which is as Trump is destroying the traditional world order, Carney is a major architect of a new world order for humanity, democracy and the rule of law.

And while doing it, he is strengthening Canada so they can resist Trump's efforts to break Canada, forming new alliances which will help Canada defend itself from Trump and prosper.

I explained to you that the world needs order now more than ever, and no leader in the world is doing more to establish that order, which does include attention to all the things you find important, but address in a ham handed manner e.g., as mentioned, judging South Korea on its sexism without recognizing the progress they have made!

Carney is fighting off Trump better than any other leader in the world, except China, and building a strong and healthy Canada. And he is using modern social science and Keynesian economics to do it.

Canada, and indeed the world, will prosper under Carney, and with its humanity and environmental obligations intact.

Carney is replacing dependence on the US with Europe, Asia, and the entire world, for trade and defense, and how he is doing it is brilliant!

AI Overview

Yes, Canada recently joined the European Union's (EU)
Security Action for Europe (SAFE) defense initiative, becoming the first non-EU country to enter the €150 billion fund for military procurement, allowing Canadian defense firms access to EU-backed loans for equipment and fostering market expansion as part of PM Mark Carney's pivot to diversify defense spending away from the U.S.. Canada will pay an initial €10 million fee, which will be reassessed based on contract value, and gains access to joint procurement opportunities for things like ammunition, drones, and artillery.

Meanwhile, Carney's political party id falling apart because of the hard right turn he has taken, particularly giving up the fight against climate change.

I wish your portrayal of Carney was accurate, but alas, it dies not reflect the actual policies he is implementing.
