I spoke with Richard Pinto in New York this morning. He described his role as being the media man, and together with Guy Murrell in Denver, is coordinating the PR campaign. He was positive about the potential of GE in general, but was cautious re expectations of a dramatic share price increase when Guido's report is released. He said the spectre of Bre-X still hangs over junior gold companies, there are 144 shares likely being sold ( he wasn't sure and didn't know who ) and said that people will sit up and take notice once production is underway. He said the company has to prove they can get the gold out of the ground in a profitable manner and that part of Bolivia is remote, often under harsh conditions, so it takes a lot of hard work. When I said a JV or sale to a major might make sense down the road to fully exploit the potential of the property he didn't dispute the point.

Jay, a friend of MINE will be faxing the times of all TV and radio airings to my place tonight. I'm leaving for Mexico for a week on Sunday so if you provide me with a way to get the info to you before I'll be glad to oblige.
