Bill, I thought you had retired? I don't believe that the debt to Phoenix is an issue. Runyon (principal of Phoenix and Maxam CEO) can't afford to allow IPM to fail because of debt to Phoenix. Phoenix credibility hinges on either IPM or Maxam success. One needs to understand the incest.

Bill, one of my first posts on IPM was the prediction of bankruptcy. Some 2 years ago. The prediction of bankruptcy using WC/TA*1.2+RE/TA*1.4+OI/TA*3.3+FMV (CS+PS)/TD*.6+S/TA*1.0 Probability of short term (short run) illiquidity.
