Mike, That is call House Cleaning, getting rid of the dead weight, "retiring some chiefs".

Happens all the time after acquisitions. Read this carefully:

<<The departures leave the management of the company to the new majority owners, including Zulu-TEK chairman Ron Meatchem, as well as Pat Hayton and Neil Miller, who sit on the Newport, RI-based company's board of directors.

"You won't see any more [management] changes," Meatchem, a 40-year auto industry veteran who will become acting CEO until that position is dissolved as part of a reorganization early next month, was quoted as saying. >>

see that REORGINIZATION which is when they merge their
Softbank with echoMedia.

This is a part even careful readers MISSED. GEEZ They said it January 26 for all to see. Those of us that had spent months researching this stock are tired of the likes of you that do not know what they are talking about when it comes to NETZ.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY,Right here they are telling us about DCLK:

"The integration of software development with Softbank will help the firm compete with DoubleClick, which has both proprietary software and an ad network. "

TO ALL: I am receiving many emails etc asking why in the world am I 98% invested in NETZ (also asking what the other 2% is).

My reasoning is simple. I know of no other stock that has the potential to skyrocket and catch its nearest competitor, DCLK as NETZ does. There are plenty of good stocks out there; however, appreciation of capital is my goal and NETZ is the spot I chose to "fertilize" my equity !!
