I believe that the general crux of all this is that irrespective of
"insider" type info about release dates or games in the pipeline, the
direction of the stock is more dependant on investor confidence than
anything else. Several of us on this thread have already bailed (a day
too early over here to break even!) because the outlook appears mixed
at best. A couple of Duke add-ons and Freddie won't IMHO keep the
momentum going till Unreal (June earliest I hear- and why would you
release a game mid-summer?). A film of Duke? The Mortal Kombat movie
lost money despite a huge console following. The gathering of egos
(whoops spelt developers wrong!) must surely suffer from internal
bickering - and they need companies like GTIS and ATVI who have the
distributing nous. If it weren't for the hugely above-consensus earnings of THQI, EIDSY etc GTIS would look a great short I think.

Anyway, enough rambling...there are plenty of companies out there
to invest in with better products and management who aren't sneaking up on you from behind with a tub of KY!

Good luck to any new buyers at these levels...I fear you may need it.

Cheers
