It's really unfortunate that so many people don't have a clue about what they're eating... It's almost criminal with those food companies... A good friend of mine introduced me to healthy foods and intermittent fasting some years ago, it just made so much sense, I got hooked immediately and I never looked back... I'm healthier now than I was 20 years ago, even my family doctor tells me so... I walk about 4 to 5 miles every day around the outer perimeter of the huge park nearby, weather permitting... I workout every day and then I hit the heavy bag in my garage when I get back from the park... GZ
