UAN has two plants. The one that is next to CVI's refinery uses Pet Coke rather than natural gas as the feedstock to make ammonia. The other UAN plant (and all other ammonia plants in the US) use natural gas.

I seem to recall UAN saying that CVI was one of four pet coke suppliers for the plant, but I don't know the details on that.

UAN keeps talking about a modification to the plant to allow it to choose to use pet coke or natural gas, depending on which is more inexpensive, but that change has yet to be implemented.

I don't know the nature of the pet coke supply agreement.
