You are very welcome Mike. Yeah, probably a good idea to wait a few days on ERH.

Re. Hawaii. We will be just staying in Oahu (Honalulu), no Island hopping for us. Will rent a car and drive around the Island (it's been a while since we visited). Wife and I have been talking about moving there down the road, so maybe, will do some condo looking around. As much as we love living in PNW, I'm just tired of cold wet winter weather, and it just seems harder to deal with it each passing year, especially as we get closer to our senior years.

Good to know you lived there for 8 years as I may have some questions later. I know it's expensive living in Hawaii, but hey, that's what retirement money is for. A few downsides I see, there is no Trader Joes and amazon deliveries would take time and higher cost. On the flip side, there is no state tax (OR income tax is pretty high) and I never hear any news about Hawaii (seems very peaceful). I'll also get to practice my Japanese there.
