Food price inflation in the US eased to 3.1% in September 2025 from a near two-year high of 3.2% in the prior month, helped by prices of both food at home (2.7% vs 2.7% in August) and food away from home (3.7% vs 3.9%). Especially among independents, whose view of the world is less likely to be tainted by partisan politics, reports are that grocery prices are higher than they were a year ago.

You must be part of the 28% of Republicans who believe the opposite, which isn't surprising to me. Same 28% is living in a bubble of alternate reality where Trump is the only agency with any legitimacy.
