Trump said he would “be involved” in decisions related to Netflix’s proposed deal to acquire Warner Bros Discovery. Now we find out that Jared Kushner’s private equity firm is part of Paramount's bid to beat out Netflix and acquire Warner Bros Discovery for themselves. The Trumps and their billionaire friends stand to make millions if Paramount’s hostile takeover bid succeeds. Not only is this a conflict of interest, it's even more evidence of how the Trump family is using the presidency to get richer, while working families suffer.
