Cracker Barrel is a case study for every other casual dining chain. ...the casual dining chain effectively " Bud Lighted" itself with a disastrous woke rebranding. So what did the two fore mentioned companies have in common? Young, hip female marketing geniuses who were better suited to selling lipstick and underwear rather than beer and country style nostalgia. Apparently "Know your customer" is no longer being taught in business degree programs..
