Re. ORI special. Well, I will use the special to fund my IRA contribution for this year :) Hopefully, there will be a dip next year when ORI yields ~3%, will add more then. This formula has worked quite nicely for me in the past.

ORI has been awesome. Not including dividends it is up 200+% in my accounts, and there have been substantial special dividends. And yes, brought to my attention by JV - thank you.
