Visionox extend their agreement in 2024.

In 2024, the Company entered into new long-term, multi-year agreements with Visionox Technology, Inc. (Visionox). Under these agreements, the Company has granted Visionox non-exclusive license rights under various patents owned or controlled by the Company to manufacture and sell OLED display products. Additionally, the Company supplies phosphorescent OLED materials to Visionox for use in its licensed products.

However, the idea that any of these companies are UDC's "friends" or even "partners" has always been absurd. UDC is a cost center for them and companies particularly hate paying royalties. UDC's revenues and margins have been based on having a monopoly of supply.

The goal for all of these companies has always been to have alternative source. If UDC has the best materials, they will continue to use them but at far lower prices/margins.
