To All,

I think two days of low volume speaks in volume. If thing where bad the insiders would be dumping. As has been said over and over on this thread the outsiders are waiting until reasonable "doubt" has passed. The spike last week was a very good indication because it was a buying not a selling spike.

The new numbers hopefully from more than one COC and more than one lab will tell all. The pilot plant is important because it will show that Naxos can get it out of the ground but these COC numbers are IMO the more important because they will show that something is in the ground. It will be the catalyst we need to advance our position getting the press coverage to increase awareness and induce new investors.

I have an open order to sell some of my position in the teens and I woke up this morning thinking how much of a fool I would be to sell Naxos now.

Folks we are going to wake up one morning (soon I hope) to the knowledge of success or failure. If it is success it will be big! That what intrigues us about Naxos, so we have to hold. If it is failure, it is just failure we have all been through it before. How many of us have played the lottery? Naxos is not much different. Dreams, hopes disappointment and I believe, Better odds.

"May the numbers be with you"

Mr. Haber,

You state
<If Naxos can recover 1/10th of the assays they reported on January 12th it
could be real sweet.>

I think this is a very important statement. With the last press release Naxos reported not only this hidden Gold, but also Gold that was easily recovered with a slight modification of the standard fire assay for gold. If we are continuing to recover "free" gold at significant levels (although less than the previously reported 1.7 - 3.0 oz/ton) this may be what Naxos needs. Acceptance of the mining community may be far closer than we believe if we can recover significant amounts of gold with standard fire assays. They are obviously reluctant to accept J-L as our stock price indicates.

If Naxos releases numbers of standard fire assays in the range of .1 to .5 oz/ton (dare I dream)in more than one drill hole on COC dirt, than I think we can expect some heavy hitters to start moving into the stock. J-L may enhance our yield, but if there is free gold and we can prove it with generally accepted mining techniques, I think we are far better off. Prove the gold is there now (so that the general mining community accepts it), work on increasing the yield when the time comes.

Just my humble opinion.

Ken Rosenfeld
