Musk violated many laws in his rampage. Money doesn't give you the right to do that. Just because he bribed Trump, doesn't give him a pass. Yes, he got kicked out of Paypal. Because he had zero management skills and was a danger to the company. Unfortunately, that happens a lot in tech. Just look at Alan Shugart, inventor of the 8 inch floppy. Left IBM, formed Shugart Associates, which pioneered the 5 1/4 inch floppy, got booted from that and formed Seagate Technologies, which pioneered the 5 1/4 inch hard drive, and got booted from there. It takes a different skill set to run a company beyond a certain size.

Inode, let's face it. Musk failed spectacularly to cut any "fraud, waste, and abuse" from federal government. He promised two trillion in savings. When that was clearly too high, he then lowered his goal to one trillion. He ended up claiming about $200B in savings, and even that is a complete lie. They double-counted a lot of "savings." Of the remaining cuts, most of what they cut was done for political reasons, not efficiency. Now Musk realizes that he should have focused on his companies instead of doing the DOGE thing. He tried trolling the world and ended up pissing himself. Tenchusatsu
