I'm pretty safe where I live and flooding is pretty much impossible.

But up north, east and south of where I live here on Puget Sound it has been really really bad, the worst in my lifetime here since I was born.

Yeah these swing events (between drought and floods) are continuing getting larger and larger in magnitude thanks to increasing thermal energy in the environment. Thank you AGW.

I suggest a massive plastic bag filled with our excess H2O pulled by tugs down the coastline to California.
