I agree. The cybertruck is a failure in my opinion.

There are a few. people that have Rivians nearby. I see them on the main access road all the time. I also frequently see them in the Home Depot parking lot. I like the design.

I see Lucids infrequently.

We got picked up by an Uber driver in Las Vegas driving a Mustang Mach E ... It was comfortable as well.

I would like to buy an EV but we are holding off in the hope that the range improves in then next year of two.

Cybertrucks are about as close as it gets to sighting Unicorns around here :) This part of the Finger lakes is still a 99.99% ICE in either gas or diesel pickup truck area. There is one Rivian pickup we see often, but the tag/plate on it shows it to be same one when we do. Not many BEVs come to the winery in the colder months, some do but not as many as in the Summer and that's still predominantly ICE vehicles.

We still only know one person who owns a BEV personally and it's an extra vehicle for him. But I remain open minded on owning one some day, just not anytime soon.
