Bill,
Ford announced a massive write-down today (December 15, 2025), taking a $19.5 billion charge primarily tied to its electric-vehicle (EV) investments and assets. This includes about $8.5 billion specifically in EV asset write-downs, with the rest related to other one-time charges.
If $11B in asset write-downs weren't due to EVs, then what were they related to?

Yep,

America going backwards, as the rest of the world moves forwards.

To electrification of everything.

Without pollution!

I almost feel sorry for the ignorance of many Americans.

Just one word,

Education
