I think 2026 will see pre-Covid levels of interest rates. One excellent indicator of economic health is oil prices. They are under a bit of pressure right now, so lowering rates may not only be political. The economy has slowed a bit.

I think inflation could always be kept under control by increasing supply...

No matter how well the economy is doing, when there's enough supply to go round then there would be no inflation...

This has been proven time and time again...

And now for my disclaimer:

Everything I say and do is subject to the 50/50/90 Rule...

This means, whenever I have a 50/50 chance of being right, then there's a 90% chance I'll be wrong...
