The rest of Europe is building up their military on an accelerated schedule. Germany, for example is helping Poland build defenses on the Polish border with Russia and Belarus. Air defenses seem to be popular at the moment. And South Korea is rapidly becoming a major arms supplier because of it.

Not to mention, the EU seems to be tired of Russia's hybrid war. With the recent NSS, the odds of the war expanding beyond Ukraine has gone up substantially. No doubt, so do the odds of the US getting involved directly on the side of Russia.
