You see what I mean ND. I am curious how you view the terms of the financing in light of the claims of baselessness in the French court etc etc
I do. This new financing has significantly diluted the ownership stakes of existing shareholders as the new shares/warrants are issued at a steep discount. But I think these large investors had Gauzy over a barrel and it had no choice even if it believes the indictments by the courts frivolous.

My guess is that Weinstein as a large investor wanted guarantees that Gauzy wouldn't go bankrupt and leave his investment worthless. I think it makes sense that this apparent "cramdown" happened, not because the operations are insolvent, but to shelter the initial investors from the worst case scenario.

Joe's response that was specifically about the issue of the operations in France not affecting the SPD plants in Germany and other places, reinforces my belief that raising this cash was a precaution not a sign of Gauzy going under.
