Yes. I see your point. I think the funding provides more assurance because it takes care of the immediate problem Gauzy is facing in court. With this new financing they can shore up the entities in France without having to go through the arduous task of proving to the court that these companies are not insolvent. Not a good look, I agree. And if I were a shareholder in Gauzy, I'd be furious. But my main concern, which Joe spoke to in his response, centers around the SPD production and contracts etc. ND
