I have to say i am a bit concerned also of the control CP has on this RIET. To be fair however I think it is a bit early to tell how this Riet will perform. I plan to give it to next fall to see if the distributions are as planned, worse or better. The next distribution should give some idea.

I am not to familiar of the new RIET you talk about however would be a bit concerned how it would perform if the economy turns down and vacancies increase. I think RIO CAN is perhaps a better bet with a proven record.

RIO CAN announced year end results today. What i like about this REIT is the good revenue and profit growth per unit. Continued growth should move the stock up and with the 7.5 % distribution I hope for a 15 to 20 percent return over the next year.
