Jack I must admit I am extremely disappointed. I came here being lazy thinking that you would have all of the answers for me regarding SAH
Guess I'll have to do it on my own (of course you know I wouldn't have it any other way)

Todd here are some questions I have for you so when I call I won't have to wait (like I've ever had to, you have always had the answers)

1. What are the breakdowns for the acquisitions in regards to cash, stock, options etc.

2.. How do they plan on handling future acquisitions?

3. I assume they will retain current management at the acquired dealers. Do they plan on streamlining any of the operations into one location?

4. With the combined purchasing power of all of the dealers, will they receive better deals from the manufacturers or receive a larger allocation of hard to get vehicles?

5. When it comes to larger car chains who are their competition and at what average PE do they trade at?

6. What if anything does Sonic feel will set them apart from their competition?

7. What type of experience does management have in handling growth?

8. Beside future acquisitions, how does Sonic plan on continuing growth in their existing dealerships.

9. What growth rate is Sonic projecting to grow at? How much will be attributed to existing dealerships?

10. Are they going to be as conservative when releasing earnings
estimates as APCO? I need to know if I can add a few more pennies
to the estimates. ( just kidding you now how I feel about being conservative)

Jack,

Here's one for thought...

Todd can bring us SAH's analysts to cover APCO!
Who are the current analysts for SAH?

Alexander

What am I missing here?

.87 EPS
17 P/E

Doing some very simple math we NOW have a $14.79 stock!

Do we have an undervalued stock or what? Maybe that is why 3 analysts have a STRONG BUY on it.

Alexander

P.S. First Call is showing a STRONG BUY from 4 ANALYSTS --- who are they? I just know of BancAmerica Robertson Stephens' research analyst Jordan Hymowitz (estimates a 1 yr. price of $18)
