These were different contexts, and "two trillion" figure was specifically an "in your wildest dreams" sort of answer.
No one at the time portrayed it as a "in your wildest dreams" sort of answer. It was portrayed as an honest goal.

Doesn't matter. $2T, $1T, half a trillion, Musk didn't even come close to any of these goals.

He only produced receipts for $63B in savings, and most of those cuts were political in nature. They were not examples of "fraud, waste, or abuse."

Of course, YOU think anything "woke" automatically falls under the "fraud, waste, and abuse" category.
