I think the real story in models is going to be completely different training methods than LLMs. The so called World Models are coming. What I'm most interested in is a visual model trained primarily with stereoscopic vision first, then post trained with mono images. That is how everything in the natural world works. In fact, I'm a bit interested in the effect on children raised now who spend far more of their young lives looking at screens rather than the 3D world. That has to have an effect on how neurons get wired up.
