Well put Dr.s are indeed petit bougeois businessmen even though some do make the transition to real businessmen very few do. The Franchise is safe and that is the key because the doctors are all angling as well as the hospitals to say "have we not been good little boys and girls for waiting for our money,now give us preference for patient flow and volume, Please". Especially when they know they will finally be paid with interest.
