Yes, that is always so. My questions are, what kind of peak? An interim peak, or a cyclical peak when everything changes?

I don't worry about interim peaks. Moreover, I think we are just beginning to leave the valley for a years long ride to the cyclical peak for junior mining stocks and metals. However, these are the words of a speculator, meaning I am willing to accept more risk than others at the cost of devoting more time to watching and studying markets, at least as compared to typical investors.
