Re: split the proceeds equally between MUC, NAC, NKX, and VCV.

Somewhat old news but Blackrock is merging BFZ into MUC in February 2026. They just cut the dividend on BFZ, MUC is about 3x bigger, has a higher dividend with a lower discount. I may sell BFZ and buy MUC myself before the merger. Better liquidity in a larger fund.

I'll probably do the same today. Way back when I bought PFE in the low 30's, sold at 50. With divs it was close to a double. When I bought this spring I thought a similar move might be setting up as it was past the big revenue declines from COVID vaccines and had a decent pipeline. Since that scenario - and my reasoning for owning it - looks like it isn't in play any longer, it's probably time to exit.
