Heart attack, stroke, diabetic coma? Wow, whatever it was, his alert neighbor courageously saved him and likely at least another oncoming driver from a sure tragedy. Nice that the follower had a dash cam.

My diabetic friend was overcome by a sudden severe drop in blood sugar and his car drifted into a used car lot and ran into a car or two. Saved him. Whoever was on duty was able to quickly shut it off and get him an ambulance.

He was diagnosed when he was a junior in high school. Then, at about 65 when the accident occurred, his early-warning symptoms apparently no longer worked. It was quite a shock to him.
