Inode,
That claim was disproved.
No it wasn't.

Just like other MAGA cultists who can't think for themselves, you used generative AI to come up with answers, even though they're wrong.

All ChatGPT did was regurgitate all of the copium that the Musk worshippers came up with, including:

- Mark Rober wasn't really using FSD. That's irrelevant; the Tesla should have detected the obstacle no matter what mode it was in.

- Mark was using HW3 instead of HW4. A fair point, but the vast majority of Tesla cars out there are using HW3.

- Mark was being dishonest because of ties with the LiDAR company. Typical ad hominem.

Either way, the point stands. Tesla is far behind its competitors when it comes to self-driving vehicles. All because Musk is so insistent on proving that fully optical sensors can work.

He overestimates how much AI can do these days, and he overestimates how much he and his minions can figure out all on their own.

Okay, so, you take no word for anything, like CJ, other than your own made up bullshit.

Generative AI is not inherently incorrect btw. I saw that bogus "road test" in near real time.

But I would also point out that is was months ago, and well before the current version release. FSD is plainly, with the current version, "there"; and well ahead of WayMo (which still requires intensive pre-mapping) and always will with its current design.

Hate to use the word, "won", but Tesla "won" this battle.
