Yep, I can't say that I disagree with anything you stated there.

However, I also imagine if some other Mmkrs not previously associated with RMIL trading realized they could put the serious hurt on their fellow Mmkrs who were short, one would think they would be in serious discussions with the company in order to get them lined up to reestablish a market.

The problem is the status of the SEC investigation and whether or not NASD compliance will be willing to bless any 15c2-11 application.

NASD uses a variety of delaying tactics, such as requesting the company provide additional information... etc, when in reality it is usually the SEC which provides the ultimate thumbs up.

And they won't do that until they are sure they have turned over each and every stone. I imagine poor Lori has gone nuts photocopying company records for the SEC. This process can literally take months all the way up to a year or more.
