HHHG- One of the main reasons I was attracted to the stock is that I get to benefit from Ackman;s acumen at a very reasonable price. If t Ackman is successful in his vision of building a min berkshire the stock could well sell at large premium to book, and we could see a long term bonanza here. It is one of my larger positions and I plan on making periodic additions over time, MICRON responded well to the spectacular conference call and I hope some of you guys took advantage I am holding all of my remaining shares. OT I have been looking at margin numbers both respect to stocks and cypto and the amount of margin is cause for concern. I think its specially a problem in crypto land where they offer lots of margin but they will also liquidate your account right away as soon as it drops below a certain level so there is frequently liquidation of accounts which has caused lots of volatility in both directions. The brokerage companies seem to offer lots of margin on regular stocks and and I fear it will amplify the volatility of any black swan event.. but right now i have no plan as to what to do about it other than to keep 3 months of the required RMD withdrawals in cash . thinking I will get the rest from dividends and distributions.
