There are a lot of scam accounts on Youtube, that steal content from the content owner and repost it as their own. This particular clip, is one of those. Stolen. But the important is the content. Judging from the context, is from 2023, from the infamous Ukrainian "Spring Offensive" of 2023, which ended up in a complete disaster. Most of the attacking forces got destroyed on 1st layer of multiple layer deep Surovikin line. Scott Ritter's description of the Ukrainian defeat on the Surovikin line was correct at the time (and in retrospect). His description of mobilization for this offensive and past it was proven prescient as well. There was a drop-off in quality and quantity of mobilized personnel past 2023. For a good reason. There was a non-zero probability of a positive outcome for Ukraine before the Spring 2023 offensive, and that dropped to zero after its failure. Who wants to die for what they know is a lost cause? Falling for Youtube scammers, inability to grasp the context and then place it correctly on a timeline - you can stop fooling yourself that you are doing anything resembling analysis. It's more like RZ (who similarly falls for scam out of context YouTube videos). Just seeking dopamine hits.
