RE: Considering the current price (52w high), in a dilemma to start a position in DIVO.

I look at it a little differently, DIVO has offered better downside protection than SCHD so if you
are worried about the market maybe it makes sense to trim positions to build DIVO. If you already own SCHD maybe sell half to buy DIVO or just replace SCHD.

Any idea how the DIVO distributions of income are classified from a tax perspective?
