Not just in terms of price gouging, but also supplying Ukraine with drone parts, that is at war with China's "ally", Russia.

China hikes drone part prices to Russia amid growing reliance

China and India have also been squeezing Russia on their oil prices, too. Trump may be blowing Putin for whatever reason, but Putin is blowing Xi because he has no choice. No doubt Xi will formalize his de facto annexation of land that Russia "liberated" from China, just to show who pitches and who catches.
