The Oil Service Bullish Percent chart shows a nicely symmetrical downtrend from last September that concluded recently with an equally nice "Bearish Signal Reversed" pattern. The just recorded reversal down appears normal, looking at past rallies in this sector, and may be providing a pullback buying opportunity. The Iraq "thing" isn't over..... Allan, King of France
