Are you claiming the woman in the Gates photo is a victim? Yes, the DOJ is supposed to redact personal information about the victims and anything that would impact ongoing investigations. However, that has been done either very sloppily or to falsely implicate people like the Bills. And, being a fish, you took the bait. Reflex action, no thought involved. Like rolling marbles in front of a frog.
