Settlement agreement amended Northern Abitibi Mining Corp NAI Shares issued 22,799,405 Feb 25 close $1.69 Thu 26 Feb 98 News Release See Hymex Diamond Corp (HMD) News Release Mr George Oswald reports Hymex has reached agreement with Northern Abitibi to amend its sale and settlement agreement of September 16 1997 with Northern Abitibi by extending for up to two years the December 31 1997 deadline for approval of the agreement and related transactions by the VSE. In consideration of the extension, Hymex will pay Northern Abitibi US$25,000 for each calendar quarter after December 31 1997 until VSE approval has been obtained.
