The problem with your argument is the leap from “vaccines reduce disease” to “vaccines can eradicate disease if only everyone complied.”

That simply isn’t true in general.

Eradication requires a very specific set of conditions (stable pathogen, sterilizing immunity, no animal reservoir, durable protection).

Most vaccines, especially for respiratory viruses, do not meet those criteria, regardless of uptake.
