It's the strangest thing, I just looked up examples of this a few weeks ago and now I can't find one. It's kind of a stupid name. I learned it from Pesavento.

The bearish version is three lower tops, preferably with the same number of bars between each successive pair forming what looks like a cyclic oscillation of declining amplitude. It's a pretty reliable pattern. You can think of it as a variation of three drives to a top which has three higher tops.
