It is "real" GDP, so should be inflation adjusted.

I was surprised that even the expectation was so high (3.3%).

One flaw that I could see in the report is that a lot of the "consumer spending" was on health care.

Which might, in the end be people getting sicker and health providers price gauging. Which could also be reflected int GDP price deflator.
