Valuespec I propose that you get a dictionary ! Propose: Suggest , put forward for consideration. The CFO is NOT proposing the sale of all his shares he has submitted a form that allows him to sell all his shares. You either has have a very poor grasp of English OR you are twisting the meaning of a form 144 INTENTIONALLY. Martin Smith

It has been stated a BILLION times that many execs of companies file 144s so they can have the opportunity to sell IF they decide they need to. IF you see the actual SALES, then you can worry about FTEL..... AND WHAT DO YOU CARE SINCE YOU DON'T OWN ANY FTEL???? GO AWAY. You have the right to say whatever you want, no matter how wrong it is, just keep it on your web site and everyone will be happy. EDIT: My apologies to everyone -- I just couldn't keep my mouth shut.
