For starters the USPS should limit residential deliveries to three days a week.

Six days a week is a huge waste of time and money.

Strikes me that traditional postal service has outlived its useful life. Time and time again it tries / pretends to reinvent itself and time and time again it fails.

Canada just struck another idiotic deal with the postal union guaranteeing years and years of annual billion dollar losses.
