Al, good time to BUY offshore oil drillers. IMO, with the HAL merger, Iraq already talking about reneging on its deal with the UN, and many positive fundamental factors, this sector is ready to explode. Looks like patience about to reward.

No because the short term bullish triangle told us what would happen. And the right side of the handle on the long term chart is moving farther up to the breakout point at 32. It will happen but luck has nothing to do with it. 26 is a pipe dream imho.
