Interesting back and forth with Value Kitty Thank you for posting the link. I agree with your no LME thesis. My opinion has not changed... I think the Common is zero'd out. I think the odds favor the meter running on the Preferred until 3/2031. Kick THAT can down the road. Pre Pack or Court. At the end of the day there are too many cooks in the kitchen. THAT I believe works against a prepackaged BK. I'd like to be wrong BUT I think this goes to BK court. I am prepared to sit still until 3/2031. THAT was my original plan. Mahalo, 60
