Ever since Republicans decided all elections are fraudulent that they don't win, we have had massive overhauls of how elections are tabulated every couple of years for decades now. Being human designed systems, they all have had flaws, albeit of increasingly minor severity. It isn't like there was any proof of election swinging issues when the obsession first took hold back in the 1980s, things are even more secure now. Yet they still play the victim card at every opportunity. If I didn't know better, I'd say it is a plot by the companies who supply voting tabulating equipment and services, because their business has exploded.
